Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or Exchanges only accepted if product/ products arrive incorrectly embroidered or damaged. all items are final sale if proof sent out was accepted. all items are hand embroidered. please note chance of inconsistency.

No refunds for any product are offered. Exchanges for damaged or incorrect options available on case by case bases. we offer free exchanges for items upon return of damaged or incorrect items. we do not offer any kind of full or partial refunds for items. proof of damage is needed for all exchanges.
