Frequently asked questions
We try to avoid allowing returns because we do not do refunds of any kind. we do however do exchanges, if your product carrives wrong by a mistake on our part we will happily fix that for you. if a product arrives damaged we will happily swap it out for a brand new one completly free of charge. but we do not offer refunds of any kind. we will not offer an exchange if the mistake was not made on our end. we will not offer an exchange for a damaged product with no proof or photo evidance of the damaged products. all returns or exchanged prodycts must be given back to us before we begin to process your exchange.
all products are made my hand in a very small work enviroment, this is a small business and we try our hardest but we are still human, we do not process refunds because all of our profit goes into making more orders and making our website more accesable to all people, along with costs of production. we are more than happy to elp you with an exchange on a product free of charge but at no time are we acepting refunds.
exchanges of our products are made when a product comes with a flaw made on our end or dmage to the product when it arrives to your home. if either of these happen please reach out to us the moment you notice the problem and we will get back to you with the steps of prossecing the exchange within 2-3 days. exchanges majority of the time will be free of charge unless you would like to add an upgrade in embroidery design onto your product during the exhcnaging process.
Every situation for an exchange is diffrent but our main three reasons arew damage, a mistake made on our end, or unusablitly of a product.
the first reason, damage. damage is any physical deformity, tear, or stain on any of our products delivered to you. to process an exchange with this kind of damage please take photos of the damage and send us a text or email with those photos and a description of the reason for the exchange request, please allow 2-3 days for us to respond.
The second reason, a mistake on our end. This could be a mispelling of a word or name on your product, the wrong color used, or the wrong animal given. a mistake on our end is slim but possible, we make each cubby and blanket by hand. we do not accept exchanges if you spell a name wrong, in the text box when placing your order please write in quotation marks or parenthisis what you would like written exactly how you would like it written. we. take the exact word for word sentance you right and put it on your cubby or lovie, if a word is all caps we will embroider it in caps, if it is spelled an odd way, we will write it that exact way. if you mispell a word we will not offer a free refund for that. if we mispell a word, as in write it in a diffrent way than is written on the ptoduct order, we will offer a free exchange and our deepest apoligies.
